Thank you for considering VISIONARYI photography services. Our photography agreement is designed to ensure that we both understand and agree to the terms and conditions. 

By signing this contract, you are bound to its terms and conditions.

 

1. Payment Terms

In consideration for the services provided, the Client agrees to pay the Photographer the total fee of [Total Amount]. A non-refundable deposit of [Deposit Amount] is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid in full the day of the shoot. 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

VISIONARYI acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances may arise. I understand life happens; therefore, I allow a 15-minute grace period if you're running behind for your session. After 20 minutes, the shoot will be canceled. In the event of cancellation, your deposit is not refundable and compensates me for my time for setup and travel.

Any notice to reschedule a week prior to the shoot will be free of charge. If you must reschedule any less than 24 hours prior to your booking you will be charged an additional $15 rebooking fee. 

3. Copyright and Usage

VISIONARYI retains the copyright to all images created during the photography session. VISIONARYI has the right to post any and all images created during the session at their discretion unless the client requests otherwise. VISIONARYI does not send out unedited photos at any point. 

 

4. Delivery Timeline

VISIONARYI agrees to deliver the edited images to the Client depending on the shoot. The format and method of delivery are through phone number and email.

5. Editing and Retouching 

VISIONARYI has a distinct way of editing pictures and ensures the insertion of anything specific a client may ask for, though the editing will adhere to the central vision around VISIONARYI. If a client would like to have an editing review, VISIONARYI will review, update, and change the editing of up to 3 pictures free of charge. Any other shots will have an editing fee of $10 per photo.

 

6. Noncompeletion of Contract

If the client does not comply with the above agreed terms, VISIONARYI will not do business with the client again. No other booking involving the clients will be accepted by VISIONARYI even if the client themselves isn't booking the shoot.
